Well + Mortal is the new home for my clinical work, but also a place for conversations about wellness that don’t ignore the realities of being in a human body. We live, we age, we adapt, we get tired, we heal, and we keep going, often wondering how we might do all this a little better or a little longer. This space is about understanding the body you have, the life you’re living, and the relationship between the two.

This is just the beginning.

• Online programs + in-person workshops
