We translate osteopathic principles into how you move yourself around each day: from sitting, sleeping and walking to the more complex things we want our body to do, like run, lift weights, kite board or play pickleball. We work on body-literacy, home hygiene movement practices and concepts for moving in your body that start super small- and grow as we learn more.
