Warming-In
is a daily movement hygiene practice built on the Five-Storey Framework — a simple architectural map of the body that helps you understand how you organize yourself in space.
This two-hour workshop teaches the foundational sequence I use (and teach my patients) to check in with the body each morning, sense what’s available, and prepare for the actual demands of the day — whether that’s work, parenting, exercise, or rest.
No choreography. No pushing. No performance.
Just practical tools to help your body make more sense — and to help you live in it with more clarity and choice.

This is the last two-hour Warming-In-only workshop offered before the fall.
Future sessions will expand into broader movement explorations, but this one is focused, foundational, and practical.

Moving
This space is Osteopathy on the move! We translate osteopathic principles into how you move yourself around each day: from sitting, sleeping and walking to the more complex things we want our body to do, like run, lift weights, kite board or play pickleball. We work on body-literacy, home hygiene movement practices and concepts for moving in your body that start super small- and grow as we learn more.

What is Osteopathy?
It’s the part of healthcare that looks at what happens between the parts of your body you’ve already tried to fix.
What Does an Osteopath Do?
An osteopath restores lost motion potentials in the body — through touch that respects how the body’s built.
What Can I Be Doing At Home?
Great question — because your body doesn’t only organize itself on my table. It’s responding to everything you do all day.
