Spring Training is a 5-week, one-on-one movement mentorship designed to help you:
• Translate osteopathic work into real-life movement
• Understand your body through the Five Storey framework
• Build confidence in how you move — without guessing
• Apply these ideas to your activities
(walking, running, strength training, parenting, sport, etc.)
This is not a generalized program.
This is personal, specific, and guided.
