You've felt the shift
on the table

Things move better. Breathing changes. Something clicks. And then…
You go home and wonder: “How do I actually use this?”

How you walk. How you run. How you lift. How you move through your life.
Spring Training is the bridge.

Spring Training is a 5-week, one-on-one movement mentorship designed to help you.

Spring Training is a 5-week, one-on-one movement mentorship
if you've ever wanted to:

• Translate osteopathic work into real-life movement
• Understand your body through the Five Storey framework
• Build confidence in how you move — without guessing
• Apply body-mechanical ideas to your activities (walking, running, strength training, parenting, sport, etc.)

This is not a generalized program.
This is personal, specific, and guided.

Meet Claire

Claire is one of the most skilled movement educators I know.

She is a teacher and teacher-trainer in the Axis Syllabus. Deeply experienced in working with movers across levels. She is exceptionally clear in translating biomechanics into felt, usable movement.

She is also someone I’ve collaborated with over the past two years in workshops and shared teaching spaces.

Claire is the person I trust to take the ideas that emerge in my clinical work and help you actually live them.

The Five Storeys

This is your working map

This mentorship is grounded in a simple idea: Your body can be understood as five horizontal storeys.

  • Arches of the feet
  • Pelvic floor
  • Base of the lungs
  • Top of the lungs
  • Roof of the mouth

These are not things to fix.
They are places to listen, coordinate, and relate through.

This is our shared map — not a rulebook, but a way of orienting inside your own body, and a language that you, Jill and Claire can all use to discuss your body in motion.

This mentorship will be facilitated by Claire Turner Reid.
Well + Mortal is providing the onboarding, and Jill Bodak will provide initial goal setting and clinically relevant body findings as a foundation for building a 5 week plan for each participant. Jill will not facilitate the meetings but will be available for questions or digital support throughout.

Any specific concerns can be sent to either Jill ([email protected]), or Claire ([email protected]) as this mentorship is a collaborative experiment.
